I loved their service. They are awesome people who made sure I was taken care of. They worked alongside Aladdin’s Tint shop to replace my windshield all super fast within a day, I was really impressed. They called me to give me updates on my car without fail and I was overall very relieved to have found their shop.I also wanted to give a huge shoutout of appreciation to John’s son for going out of his way to fix my rearview mirror attachment (it had been broken) after replacing my windshield!! He didn’t have to do that but he did so out of kindness and so I wrote this review to say thank you!!! I will definitely come back in the future!

definitely not leaving a tip this company owes me 275$ for calibration on my glass that the worker told me was fixed when he left my house. He left my car without its driver assistance system set up and running. He lied and told me everything was fixed until I drove my car and seen the service light on my dash. 2 thumbs down! Dnt use these ppl! Terrible.

I had 2 windshields replaced & he was very knowledgeable & they arranged for the calibration tech to come right after they finished installing the windshields, who was also timely & explained everything to me. My vehicle was unfortunately broken into overnight and Preferred Auto Glass was about to quickly get me an appointment and replaced my passenger side window all within 3 hours of calling. My original estimate was around $250 and I was amazed that my final price was only half that. The window looks fantastic and the installer was super efficient, kind and tidy. They were even able to come to my workplace to get it done so I didn't miss a day of work. This place is awesome!!
I don’t normally leave reviews but both John and Diane (I think that’s her name) are awesome! Diane is extremely friendly and personable. While John was also very friendly and quick with my windshield chip repair, as well as my window replacement a few weeks later. I was a little nervous about the privacy tint matching, but it was perfect! The prices are reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!
