Excellent company, Preferred is now the only company I will ever use for windshield repair/replacement. There was a minor issue with the windshield (not Preferred's fault) that I would probably not have noticed. Jonathan (installer) pointed it out and let me know it would be taken care of. Communication was excellent, they explained everything and did exactly what they promised. They were friendly, on time, and professional. I've had a lot of windshields replaced over the years and Preferred is, by far, the best company I have worked with.
